How can I make a wind chime only using these items????
5 paint sticks, 6 popsicle sticks, 1 plastic sheet, 1 piece of felt, 1 piece of foam, 5 pipe cleaners and yarn. Acceptable additional items are staples, tape, glue, paper clips, thread, and paint markers.
I am not a creative person and I would need specifics. Thank you in advance!!!

The purpose of a wind chime is to play musical notes in random order by a wind driven, percussion based machine. None of the items listed above will produce a note when struck.
Try using seashells, metal rods, or bamboo or metal tubes as the main items.
